Coaching that works for you.
I build training plans based on scientifically validated methods and I adjust them to fit you. Your program changes as you progress, balancing intensity, volume, and recovery at the right times.
I coach the person first, not just the athlete. I listen to what you tell me, monitor how you respond, and use your feedback and data to make better training decisions.

I believe good coaching is about people, not just numbers. I love learning about training and performance, and I’m happy when my passion for sports science helps others.
I’ve coached endurance athletes from Finland, Canada, Germany, Estonia, and the UK. I’ve helped athletes win national and World championship medals and developed riders who secured development contracts with World Tour and Professional teams.
I’ve also guided amateur cyclists through major events like the Transcontinental Race, Ride Across Britain, Haute Route Pyrenees, Migration Gravel Race, FNLD GRVL, SBT GRVL, and UCI World Gran Fondo and Gravel Series events.
I believe you need to enjoy what you do. If you enjoy it, you’ll do it more often. If you do it more often, you’ll get better and when you get better you’ll enjoy it more.
