I support athletes in making physical, psychological, and social progress through a tailored evidence-informed framework, and teamwork, providing the necessary tools for success on and off the bicycle.

I work with athletes to set goals, encourage ownership, and improve performance through reflection and evaluation. I create a positive training space focusing on well-being and personal growth while giving customized feedback for improvement and enjoyment in sports.

  • Season goal setting to construct a systematic program periodized into the different training phases.

  • Baseline performance testing to identify your individual strengths and limiters.

  • Daily training sessions planned in detail 4-8 weeks in advance, with clearly defined weekly targets. Strength training and sports nutrition recommendations are are also included.

  • Feedback and data analysis provided on each training session, with adjustments to the plan made when needed.

  • Weekly adaptation and recovery monitoring.

  • Communication when you need it through any of the regularly used platforms
