Jamie Given, Coach

I have a bachelor's degree in Sports Coaching from Haaga Hela University and I am completing a master's degree in in Sports Science at Mid Sweden University. I am UCI level one certified and have worked with Finland’s national U19 and U23 road cycling teams.

I currently coach several of Finland’s best young talents and together we are working towards a professional cycling career.

I also coach recreational cyclists from Finland, UK, Canada, Germany, and South Africa. Training for events like the Transcontinental, Strade Bianche GF, Steamboat Haute Route Pyrenees, FNLD GRVL, SBT GRVL and the Migration Gravel Race.

Nina Riosa, Coach
(Master in Sport Psychology).

Nina has an athletic background as a canoe marathon athlete with over 10 years of racing at the international level in World Cups, European-, and World Championships. Her best results so far is 9th in the K1 event in World Championships and 3rd in World Cup.

During her athletic career Nina has studied the following degrees, Bachelor of Sport and Leisure Management from Haaga-Helia Applied Science University and she will graduate in autumn 2022 with Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Staffordshire University.

Nina has a passion for coaching, sport psychology and athlete mentoring. During the season 2019-2020 Nina was working as a volunteer Athlete Mentor in UK based charity The True Athlete Project. Nina has worked with athletes from multiple sports (kayaking, Tennis, Swimming and Springboard and platform Diving).
